Points of Light Youth Leadership Institute (PYLI) at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center met on November 4, 2009, for project planning and leadership building activities. The group will be working on a service project from now until graduation in December of 09. We are so pleased with our project which will provide Christmas gifts for all the foster teens in Caddo County! See you all here at CKTC on December 9. Excellent job, PYLI Class 9!!
